High-frequency multi-parameter sonde and profiler data from three sites along the Corbicula fluminea invasion front in the Waikato River, New Zealand, October 2024 to February 2026, plus depth-resolved profiler chemistry and chlorophyll from Lake Karāpiro (ECP-S2) over the same period. Data are 15-min cadence, site-aware-parsed and analysis-ready, with Karāpiro tailrace discharge included to support gas-exchange parameterisation. Companion to Hartland, Rode et al., Nature Water (in review, 2026).
