资源简介:
Intestinal microbiota plays a crucial role in promoting the formation of colorectaltumors. Colorectal tumors are precursors of colorectal malignant tumors. One of themost important and decisive aspects of intestinal microbiota is the structural andphysiological separation of mucosa-related microbiota and fecal microbiota.Unfortunately, many studies conducted on humans have been influenced by a higherdegree of variability among subjects and a greater diversity of dietary intake. Therefore, the main goal of this pilot study is to determine whether a brief interventionusing a standardised plant diet plan will lead to significant changes in the arrangementof the intestinal microbiome and reduce the difference between the metagenome dataof mucosal and fecal microbiota in patients with colorectal polyps
