In this paper, we propose a consumer-based low-carbon demand response scheme applicable to demand-side energy aggregators (DSEAs), which adjust flexible loads according to the determined carbon price to reduce operational costs and carbon emissions. Finally, a low-carbon operation model is formulated, which considers the responses of DSEAs to schedule the power-to-hydrogen integrated energy system. To capture the uncertainties of renewable energy sources and reduce the conservatism of decision-making, distributionally robust joint chance constraints are established using heterogeneous information, namely moments, unimodality and modal skewness.
