To investigate the mechanisms underlying the blood-brain barrier dysfunction caused by systemic inflammation. We establish a co-culture system consisting of bEnd.3 cells and LPS-treated Raw 246.7 cells. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for bEnd.3 cells co-cultured with PBS- and LPS-treated Raw 246.7 cells group.
