RNA-seq of Niemann-Pick Type C mouse microglia throughout disease course

Here we perform RNAsequencing on isolated microglia from wild-type and NP-C mice throughout disease course. We sequence microglia from WT and NPC mice at 1, 3, 6, and 9 weeks old. We also treat mice with the CSF1R inhibitor PLX5622 and sequence remaining microglia from treated and control mice. Overall design: Mice were sacrificed (n=3-4/group) at stated age for both WT and NPC mice. Microglia were isolated via FACS. For PLX5622 treatment, microglia were isolated from 5 mice peer group.
