The “city map” issue of the GeobasisMaps represents the Official Property Register Information System (ALKIS®) and the Official Topographical Cartographic Information System (ATKIS®) in a uniform and consistent presentation. Depending on the scale level selected, a differentiated content density is displayed. Up to scale level 1: 10,000 is visualised as a cartographic representation. The ALKIS data form the basis for the basic ris-scatter and detailed mapping of the hamburg state territory from the scale level 1: 5.000. Supplemented with topographic content and information, the GeobasisMaps form the spatial basis for various applications of business, administration and planning.
The presentation of the surrounding area in Hamburg is supplemented with the WebAtlasDE®.
In addition to the classic Internet map, where sights, restaurants, hotels, museums and bars can be displayed, the map is also used for the LGV’s geo-portal to overlay specialist topics.
