Skolkovo高管教练问答数据集（聊天格式）是一个为微调大型语言模型而设计的聊天数据集，基于Skolkovo高管教练课程。它包含了3901个聊天条目，来源包括Skolkovo的行政文件、教练讲座、书籍以及案例和实践材料。数据集以聊天格式组织，每个条目包含用户（提出问题）和助手（提供回答）的消息。该数据集可用于指令微调和聊天微调，并且已经过100%验证，所有回答均为俄语，采用专业的教练风格，并随机划分训练集和验证集（90/10）。

The Skolkovo Executive Coaching Q&A Dataset (Chat Format) is a chat dataset designed for fine-tuning large language models (LLM) based on the Skolkovo Executive Coaching program. It contains 3,901 chat entries sourced from Skolkovo administrative documents, coaching lectures, books, and cases and practical materials. The dataset is organized in a chat format, with each entry comprising messages from a user (posing a question) and an assistant (providing an answer). The dataset is intended for instruction tuning and chat fine-tuning and has been 100% validated, with all answers in Russian, featuring a professional coaching style, and randomly split into training and validation sets (90/10).
