对于存在未按规定公示年报；未按规定公示其他应当公示的信息；公示信息隐瞒真实情况、弄虚作假；通过登记的住所(经营场所)无法联系；企业逾期未办理名称变更登记情况的市场主体，系统将自动或由监管人员手动产生一条该市场主体的经营异常名录信息。市场主体在确认上述情况已经履行后可向市场监管部门提出移出申请，经审核后移出名录；企业注销或列入异常名录三年，系统会自动将其移出经营异常名录。

For any market entity that fails to disclose annual reports as required, fails to disclose other required public information, conceals true information or engages in fraudulent practices in public disclosures, cannot be contacted at its registered residence (business premises), or fails to complete name change registration beyond the prescribed time limit, the system will automatically generate, or regulatory personnel will manually create, an entry in the abnormal business directory for such a market entity. After confirming that all the aforementioned violations have been rectified, the market entity may submit an application for removal to the market supervision department, and will be removed from the directory upon approval. If an enterprise is cancelled or has been included in the abnormal business directory for three consecutive years, the system will automatically remove it from the abnormal business directory.
