METHOD FOR MOUNTING ON A CLAMP WORKPIECES IN PROCESSING CENTERS

A method for mounting on a clamp parts or profiles (5) to be worked or already worked (6) in a processing center (1) provided with a supporting frame (2) for a turntable (3) with two or more stepped positions or stands or machining stations (4)， comprising a robot (7)， which is anthropomorphic on the wrist， for the loading/unloading of the profiles (5) to be worked and of the subsequently worked profiles (6)， from a loading basket (10) toward an unloading basket (11) with multiple receptacles. The method provides for the insertion of the profile to be worked (5)， by means of the robot (7)， in a region arranged below at least one first open clamp (15a， 15b， 15c) that is present in the stand (4); this is followed by the resting of the profile to be worked (5) on at least one first lower fixed reference (18) provided on a fixed front jaw (22a， 22b， 22c) of the at least one first open clamp (17a， 17b， 17c). This is followed by the resting of the profile to be worked (5) on a second and/or third front fixed reference (19， 20) present on the fixed front jaw (22a， 22b， 22c) of the at least one first open clamp (17a， 17b， 17c). This is followed by the resting of the profile to be worked (5) on at least one fourth lateral fixed reference (21) present on one side of the fixed front jaw (22a， 22b， 22c) of the at least one first open clamp (17a， 17b， 17c). Then the lateral closing of the profile to be worked (5) occurs by means of a first movable presser (27) associated with the stand (4) and then the upper closing of the profile to be worked (5) occurs by means of at least one second presser (29a， 29b) associated with the stand (4). The profile to be worked (5) is then closed by means of the movement of the second jaw (23a， 23b， 23c) of the at least one first clamp (17a， 17b， 7c).
