Ecological effects of the herbicide atrazine on pico-phytoplankton and microbes in Jiaozhou Bay

a microcosmic experiment was designed to observe the effects of atrazine on pico-phytoplankton and microbial communities in Jiaozhou Bay. The high through sequencing data indicated that atrazine had significant effects on pico-phytoplankton and microbial communities.
