Mental Health Data Indonesia

This study was conducted to delineate the gap between the burden of mental disorders and the availability of both mental health services and the mental health workforce in Indonesia. As a vast archipelago country, Indonesia exhibits marked disparities between islands and across regions. The study produces maps of service providers and the distribution of mental health professionals, overlaid with provincial indicators of mental health problems. Collectively, these maps provide a comprehensive picture of mismatches between need and service availability across Indonesia.
