Surface tension data – polyelectrolyte/surfactant mixture.

The data demonstrate the influence of surfactant concentration and the addition of polyelectrolyte on the surface tension of studied compositions. The attached data present equilibrium surface tension as a function of surfactant concentration for two types of experiments:pure surfactants: ethyl lauroyl arginate (LAE) and rhamnolipids (RH)polyelectrolyte/surfactant compositions:poly-L-glutamic acid (PGA)/ethyl lauroyl arginate (LAE) mixturepoly-L-lysine (PLL)/rhamnolipids (RH).The surface tension measurement were performed using the bubble profile analysis tensiometer (Sinterface PAT–1), via the captive bubble technique.
