To examine the primary pathways and targets associated with Saikosaponin a(SSa) mediated protection against ethanol-induced liver disease in greater depth,the liver gene profiles was developed from the alcohol-fed and alcohol-plus-SSa-fed groups through RNA-Seq,Chronic-plus-binge ethanol-fed mice treated with oral SSa solutions(15mg/kg) .The ethanol-fed last 14 days with oral Saikosaponin a 7 days.
