Export value of mineral fuels and mineral oils from Africa 2023, by country

In 2023, Nigeria and Algeria were the main exporters of mineral fuels and mineral oils in Africa. The countries obtained approximately 55.6 billion U.S. dollars and 52 billion U.S. dollars, respectively, from the trade. The exports also included distilled mineral products, bituminous substances, and mineral waxes. Angola, Libya, and South Africa were other leading countries in mineral fuel and oil exports in Africa.
