bacteria and viruses traits and species-related factors

This data relates to bacteria and viruses in Europe and their definition of alien status. The data was collected between 2017 and 2021 by pathologists with expertise in epidemiology and diagnostics. Two types of data are available: 1. species -related factors: taxonomy, origin, date of first introduction and pathways 2. records at country scale. please see "readme.txt" file for further explanation
