Three strains of Pseudomonas fluorescens - SBW25, PICF7 and A506 - were propagated under static conditions, in microcosms containing King's medium B, to induce mat formation. Here we provide the NGS data of the evolved mat forming types of each of the strains; there are 10 replicates for each of the strains. In addition, re-sequencing of sample #5 of PICF7 mat forming type are also being submitted.
