该数据集可广泛应用于锂电池生产、检测与分选环节,尤其适用于新能源汽车、储能系统、消费电子及工业设备领域的电芯配组优化。在新能源汽车电池组装中,通过数据比对筛选电压、内阻、容量差异均在控制范围内的电芯,保障整组性能均衡;在储能系统中,利用容量与自放电一致性指标延长循环寿命;在消费电子及轻型交通工具生产中,通过厚度与内阻数据控制产品的一致性和安全性。数据还可为电池研发提供实验样本,验证不同材料体系下电芯一致性控制效果。
This dataset can be widely applied in the production, testing and sorting processes of lithium batteries, and is particularly suitable for cell grouping optimization in the fields of new energy vehicles, energy storage systems, consumer electronics and industrial equipment. In the assembly of new energy vehicle batteries, cells with voltage, internal resistance and capacity differences within the controlled range are screened via data comparison to ensure balanced performance of the entire battery pack; in energy storage systems, the cycle life is extended by leveraging the consistency indicators of capacity and self-discharge; for the production of consumer electronics and light-duty vehicles, product consistency and safety are controlled through thickness and internal resistance data. Additionally, the dataset can provide experimental samples for battery R&D, verifying the effectiveness of cell consistency control under different material systems.
