Original data used in our work by Giacomini et al. including original microscopy images, western blot scans, quantifications of cell proliferation, results of proteomic and image analyses.We show that glioma-associated H3.3 mutations - K27M, G34R - trigger genome instability by altering DNA repair, and we reveal the first synthetic sick vulnerability of H3.3 mutant brain tumors based on a DNA repair enzyme.
