Regarding proteomics, spleen tissue was milled on ice and tissue was lysed using RIPA lysis solution. Lysis was further assisted by treatment of ultrasound. Samples of protein solution were obtained by centrifugation. Then, the samples were proteolytically digested, and evaluated by DIA mass spectrometry.
