资源简介:
Cutaneous squamous cell carcinomas (cSCC) are frequent heterogeneous tumours, arising from sun-exposed regions of the skin and characterized by complex pathogenesis. The goals of this study are to investigate the precise role of HOPX in cutaneous SCC development and progression using different approaches, including RNA sequencing analysis in order to find differently expressed genes and signaling pathways altered after HOPX knockdown in cancer cells. RNA sequencing was performed after HOPX-knockdown on control-, shRNA1-, and shRNA2- infected human squamous cell carcinoma cell line SCC13 to assess global expression patterns and identify genes differently expressed between knockdown et control conditions.
