ATG5 gene sequencing

Testicular Leydig cells can produce testosterone. Study shows that autophagy can affect testosterone production.ATG5 gene can participate in initiating autophagy.Therefore, ATG5 silencing and overexpression vectors were synthesised, testicular Leydig cells were Isolated and cultured, and then transfected by silencing and overexpression vectors of ATG5, followed by transcriptome sequencing to analyse the pathways by which ATG5 affects testosterone production.
