Proposed a coordinated scheduling strategy integrated dynamic feedback correction and virtual penalty cost to realize economics and stability of MCHP. A two-layer scheduling framework is adopted. In short-term scheduling, dynamic feedback correction method is employed for micro gas turbine(MGT) and battery avoiding frequent startup and stop or long-term operation in lower power. In ultra-short-term scheduling, a virtual penalty cost method is suggested to balance the power deviations caused by renewable energy fluctuation. The virtual penalty acts to select the MGT or battery compensating for exceeded power. Ultra-short-term scheduling is adjusted around short-term scheduling results, and the two schemes are effectively connected through power constraints. Wind power abandonment is punished to increase renewable energy utilization.
