PCR results for 28 DNA-based infectious agents (IA) using high-throughput microfluidic real-time PCR in several vertebrate species in three French Southern Territories in the southern Indian Ocean. The main dataset includes PCR results from cloacal and/or oral swabs and/or necropsy material for 354 individuals (12 native bird species, 2 native mammal species and 2 introduced mammal species). For each individual: Sampling year, island, sample ID, site, species and material type, PCR result for each IA. The main dataset is complemented by other datasets: longitude and latitude for each site.
