Gut microbiota in Brandt's voles.

Colon microbial faeces were collected from male Brandt's voles at week 2, 4, 6, and 8 after long day- or short day-exposed microbiota transplantation. Forward primer 341F (5'-CCTAYGGGRBGCASCAG-3') and reverse primer 806R (5'-GGACTACNNGGGTATCTAAT-3') were used to amplify the V3-V4 region of 16S rRNA gene in colon fecal microbiota. Con group: recipients with saline; Ab group: recipients with antibiotic; F-LD group: recipients with LD-exposed microbiota; F-SD group: recipients with SD-exposed microbiota.
