This dataset contains the data used in the study examining the effect of perceived access to healthcare on patient participation in diagnostic and treatment processes. The data were collected through a face-to-face survey conducted among adults in Hatay, Türkiye, between March and April 2026.

All data have been fully anonymized, and no personally identifiable information is included.

The dataset includes variables related to demographic characteristics, perceived access to healthcare, and patient participation and its subdimensions.
