Rhopalura crenellae sp. nov. mitochondrial genome sequence and annotation

This dataset contains the annotated mitochondrial genome of Rhopalura crenellae sp. nov., an orthonectid parasite of the bivalve Crenella decussata from the Barents Sea. The assembly includes the complete mitochondrial genome sequence and accompanying gene annotations. The mitochondrial genome sequence has been deposited in GenBank (PZ044083).
