Based on the transcriptional data of mice, analyze the important role and regulation mechanism of EGCG target gene RASSF2 in age correlation cataracts. Overall design: We divided the mice into the young control group, the old control group and the old treatment group, and the anterior lens capsule tissue was taken for transcriptome sequencing. The total number of samples was 9, and there were duplicate samples.
