Cases 1–13: High level of EGFR amplification; cases 14–20: Low level of EGFR amplification; cases 21–30: no EGFR amplification. Sex: male (M), female (F). Location: frontal (F), temporal (T), parietal (P), occipital (O), corpus callosum (CC). Treatment: radiotherapy (RT), chemotherapy (CH). Survival: all cases are exitus except (*) that were alive at the end of the present study and (?) that are cases with unknown evolution. (na): non-available.
