Supplementary data for the paper: Simultaneous orientation and 3D localization microscopy with a Vortex point spread function

This dataset contains data collected as part of the development of the Vortex PSF. It consists of raw data to calibrate the aberrations over the field-of-view, verify the vortex PSF model, visualise transitions in orientation and perform Binding-Activated localization microscopy and orientation estimation on lambda-DNA. A drift corrected and non drift corrected processed lambda-DNA dataset is also included to show the possible parameters that one can visualize over the whole field-of-view.<br>The dataset is being made public both to act as supplementary data for publications and in order for other researchers to use this data to verify and develop the method and code.<br>Any reuse of this data should cite the original associated publication.

本数据集收录了涡旋点扩散函数（Vortex PSF）开发过程中采集的相关数据。其中包含原始数据，可用于校正视场（field-of-view）范围内的像差、验证涡旋点扩散函数模型、可视化取向转变过程，并对λ-DNA（lambda-DNA）开展结合激活定位显微术（Binding-Activated localization microscopy）成像与取向估计实验。此外还包含经过漂移校正与未经过漂移校正的处理后λ-DNA数据集，用于展示可在全视场范围内可视化的各类参数。
本数据集公开发布，既可作为学术出版物的补充数据，也可供其他研究人员使用该数据验证并开发相关方法与代码。
