The development of Heterodera glycines(SCN, soybean cyst nematode) were affected G.max under GSH-deficiency condition. For understanding the mechanism of low content of GSH could inhibitor the development of SCN, the transcriptome analysis were performed. Three time-points(5,10, and 15day post infection) were examined and sequencing vis NGS.
