Single cell transcriptome sequencing of stimulated and frozen human peripheral blood mononuclear cells

Peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) are blood cells that are a critical part of the immune system used to fight off infection. Here we profile human PBMCs in different conditions using single-cell RNA sequencing. We performed single-cell gene expression profiling on 6 different samples for resting, stimulated, fresh and frozen PBMC samples.
