Gene expression profile of skin-derived migratory DC subsets of papain-immunized mice

CD301b+ DCs are requried for the differentiation of Th2 cells. Our data suggests that CD301b+ DCs express genes related to CD40 pathway at higher levels than other DC subsets. We isolated MHCIIhi CD11c+ migratory DCs from the skin draining LNs of naïve and papain-immunized mice and characterized their transcriptome. Overall design: B6 mice were immunized with OVA + papain in both rear footpads. Popliteal lymph nodes were harvested from 1 day post-immunization or naïve mice. Cells were stained with CITE-seq antibodies and Live MHCIIhi CD11c+ B220- cells were isolated and used for further processing and sequencing.
