Value of office real estate investment in Spain from 2018 to 2022

Investments in the office real estate sector in Spain fell after 2019, as the sector continues to suffer the effects of the coronavirus pandemic on demand for office space. In 2022, the value of office real estate investment stood at 3.1 billion euros. That was an increase from the previous two years, but still dramatically lower than in 2019 when close to 7.5 billion euros worth of office real estate was transacted.
