Gene expression profile of CD8+ T cells sorted from single cell suspensions of tumors and peripheral blood of glioblastoma patients.

We aimed to analyze the characteristics of tumor-infiltrating and peripheral blood CD8+ T cells in glioblastoma. Live CD8+ T cells were sorted from single cell suspensions of tumors and peripheral blood of glioblastoma patients.. The sorted cells were processed into single cell RNA sequencing.
