This file contains the source data for ChIP-seq and 4C-seq of the EV cells, specifically for Extended Data Figure 6a. a, Screenshot of UCSC tracks (chr5:170,745,519-171,087,194) depicting aligned H3K27ac ChIP-seq and H3K27me3 ChIP-seq signal tracks, 4C-seq loop tracks of promoter-enhancer loops related to FGF18 promoter region in EV, S1KO and DKO cells. The FGF18 promoter is highlighted in orange line. Red arrows indicate the promoter-enhancer loops of DKO with higher H3K27ac signals than EV and S1KO conditions.
