The Personal Holographic Archive: A Thought Experiment in Physics, Information, and Identity
收藏资源简介:
This paper presents a speculative but physically grounded thought experiment: the Personal Holographic Archive (PHA). The central proposal is that every human life leaves an immutable informational trace—not in a metaphysical realm, but in the geometric structure of spacetime. Drawing on the holographic principle, quantum Darwinism, the Landauer limit, and Dennett's functionalism, the experiment constructs a coherent model of how such an archive could be recorded, localized, transmitted, replicated across parallel universes, and authenticated. The archive is strictly read-only, thermodynamically paid for by metabolism, and does not resurrect subjective consciousness. The model is internally consistent, explicitly declares its speculative frontiers, and is offered as a contribution to the philosophy of information, identity, and post-human existence.
