Raw metabolomics data for: Copper/Sulfur-Doped Biomass-Derived Carbon Dots Trigger Synergistic Cuproptosis and Pyroptosis to Overcome Immunosuppression in Colorectal Cancer
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains the original untargeted metabolomics raw data files associated with the manuscript titled "Copper/Sulfur-Doped Biomass-Derived Carbon Dots Trigger Synergistic Cuproptosis and Pyroptosis to Overcome Immunosuppression in Colorectal Cancer". Study Summary:The study developed a copper/sulfur co-doped biomass carbon dot nanoplatform (Cu-S-CDs/CDs1) utilizing agricultural waste corn stalks. The metabolomics analysis revealed that CDs1 induces specific intracellular copper accumulation, leading to TCA cycle dysfunction (e.g., accumulation of succinate and depletion of α-ketoglutarate) and subsequent cuproptosis and pyroptosis in colorectal cancer cells. Data Content:Raw LC-MS data files for untargeted metabolomics analysis as described in the "Materials and Methods" section of the manuscript.
