Comparison of the expression of HA in PR/8 infected cells and GP42-H1 infected cells.

CV-1 cells were infected with PR/8 virus or GP42-H1 vectors at the indicated MOI. The numbers of plaque forming units from the corresponding viruses were estimated based infectivity assay. 20 hours post infection, the cells were lysed and SDS-PAGE was performed on the whole cells lysates. The proteins were transferred to nitrocellulose membrane and PR/8 immuno-blot was performed. Flourchem FC2 software was used to measure the pixel densities from the HA0 bands and pixel densities were translated to integrated density values (IDV) by the software.
