Mycobacterium Genome sequencing and assembly. Mycolicibacterium litorale strain:F4 | isolate:F4

Mycobacterium sp. F4 could degrade quinolinic acid remained in the environment. The results showed that the quinclorac degradation ratio would be 97% under the conditions of 5% inoculation, pH 8.0, temperature 30℃ and the initial quinclorac concentration was set as 50 mg/L. The greenhouse trial showed that the degraded products of quinclorac through F4 is non-toxic to tobacco. The strain F4 has potential application in alleviating and eliminating residues of quinclorac in soil.
