Research points for DGMP

<p>The database of research points of the Detailed Geological Map of Poland in the scale of 1:50,000 (DGMP) contains locations and geological profiles of research points made and described for the purpose of developing SMGP sheets. These are profiles of manual and mechanical probes, excavations and exposures documenting the subsurface geological structure. These data are unchanged regardless of the execution time. The data has been collected mainly in non-urbanized areas, as in urban areas archival geological-engineering profiles are used for geological mapping.</p>
