Poly-ZF Family and Domain Summary.

For each species analyzed, this table shows the number of poly-ZF proteins identified in that species (see Methods for criteria). In addition, the number of BTB, KRAB, and SCAN domains detected in poly-ZF proteins is shown, based on searches of the PFAM database. * tblastn searches of the genome suggest that the number of poly-ZF genes is greatly underestimated in these two cases.
