资源简介:
Pepper is an important crop in China's vegetable planting industry, but due to long-term cultivation, the use of unscientific irrigation and fertilization methods, resulting in soil physical and chemical properties deterioration, yield reduction, soil microbial community imbalance, soil-borne diseases aggravated a series of problems. Our previous study found that the mixture of wheat and broad bean and its straw decomposition solution can help reduce soil-borne diseases. Although the straw decomposition solution of idle crop has been confirmed to improve the soil environment, whether it has an indirect effect by changing the soil microbial community structure (such as bacteria/fungi ratio) needs further verification. In this experiment, based on the previous work of Li Yinuo in the research group, pepper was used as the test material, straw sown with mixed wheat and broad bean was used to produce rot solution. Pot experiment and plate experiment were used, with no rot solution (distilled water) added as the control, to study the effects of sterilized and non-sterilized wheat and broad bean straw rot solution on the growth, blight, phytophthora and soil microbial community of pepper seedlings. The aim is to clarify the direct effect of straw decomposition solution and the effect through the regulation of soil microorganisms, to provide a new idea for the prevention and control of green obstacles of pepper continuous cropping, and to provide a theoretical basis for the application of "wheat and bean filling" technology.
