Gene expression changes in different clones of SAMHD1 knock-out (KO) cells

To investigate the signalling pathways affected by SAMHD1 depletion, whole transciptome profiling was performed in WT and in different clones of SAMHD1-KO breast cancer cell line (T47D cells) Gene expression changes in SAMHD1 knock-out cell line were analysed. 2 different clones were used: for WT and KO-clone A1, I have three different replicates, for KO-clone A2, two replicates.
