corn leaf tip pixel annotations and images

<b>corn_leaf_tip_pixel.csv</b>The annotation of leaf tips file in tab separated csv format includes leaf tip coordinates and leaf tip types in each corn image.<br><br><b>1st column</b>: experiment from which the image was generated. 'corn_exp1' was conducted in 2018 and 'corn_exp23' was conducted in 2019.<br><b>2nd column</b>: image filename. Taking '402-073-N1-WW-1_2019-05-02_09-50-30.977_Vis_SV_108.jpg' as an example, '402-073-N1-WW-1' is the plant identifier in the greenhouse; '2019-05-02' is the imaging date following yyyy-mm-dd format; '09-50-30.977' is the imaging time in hh-mm-ss format; 'Vis_SV_108' indicates the image was photographed in the viewing angle of 108.<br><b>3rd column</b>: the genotype name.<br><b>4th column:</b> number of intact leaf tips<br><b>5th column</b>: number of damaged or cut leaf tips<br><br><b>6th column:</b> number of invisible leaf tips due to occlusions<br><br><b>7th column:</b> the coordinates for intact and damaged leaf tips. this data can be loaded as a python dict using json.loads function.<br><b>corn_leaf_tip_pixel.tar</b><br>All 12,229 corn images emerged in the annotation csv file. <br>
