Bulk RNA-Seq for XY and XX fetal gonads of WT and DMRT1-/- rabbit at 20 dpc

DMRT1 gene presents an early gonadal expression, but its implication in sex determination is still ambiguous among species. We generated a line of DMRT1 mutant rabbits to clarify its involvement in sex determination. Transcriptomic data (bulk RNA-seq) of XY and XX fetal gonads (20 days post coitum) of WT and DMRT1-/- rabbit (Oryctolagus cuniculus) were analyzed.
