资源简介：
Tumor microenvironment show dynamic alteration under anti-cancer therapies, including chemotherapy, radiation therapy, targeted therapy and immune therapy. CTTIME aims to provide differential genes expression, functional enrichment, immune signature, and immune cell infiltration across multiple cancer types between pre-treatment samples and post-treatment samples under anti-cancer therapies. Currently, CTTIME contains detailed information of 92 datasets with 5311 samples across 20 cancer types.
