fishlabel data, R script and sampling protocols

This file set contains both the data file and the R script to analyse them, from : Bénard-Capelle J, Guillonneau V, Nouvian C, Fournier N, Le Loët K, Dettai A. (2015) Fish mislabelling in France: substitution rates and retail types. PeerJ 2:e714 http://dx.doi.org/10.7717/peerj.714 After first reviews, we added the sampling instructions we gave to the collectors in their original (french) version and translated in English.
