Application of the urban planning provisions of the Montagne Act in Metropolitan France

Commissioned by the DHUP (Office of Town Planning Legislation), Cerema has updated the list of municipalities concerned by the application of the town planning provisions of the Montagne Act (Law No. 85-30 of 9 January 1985 on the development and protection of the mountain, Law No. 2016-1888 of 28 December 2016 on the modernization, development and protection of mountain territories). The list of these communes is defined by the decrees of 20 February 1974 (as amended by the corrigendum of 2 March 1974), 28 April 1976, 18 January 1977, 13 November 1978, 29 January 1982, 20 September 1983, 14 December 1984 and 25 July 1985. Cerema delivers: - a table of the list of municipalities as listed in the classification orders, - a municipal map layer of municipalities on 1 January 2019 in accordance with the Official Geography Code (COG INSEE) of 01/01/2019. This table takes into account the mergers and restorations of municipalities that occurred between the dates of the classification orders and January 1, 2019. - a table of the list of municipalities on 1 January 2019 classified totally or partially. - an infra-municipal map layer for the application of this zoning. These data have been validated by the Departmental Directorate of Territories of the department.
