Verifying cell cycle arrest in HEK293

Investigate Sam68 posttranslational modification at different cell cycle stages. Flow cytometry experiment is done in order to verify HEK293 cell arrested in S, M and G1 phase. Conclusion: HEK293 has been successfully arrested in the respective cell cycle phases.
