Columns show parameters used for each version of the model. The weight of the second normal WB is varied to determine prevalence for the different simulations. When a single normal is used, this is accomplished by varying SDA. For Figs 2–4, WB was set to 0.1, 0.3, 0.5, 0.7 and 0.9 to achieve prevalences between 0.1 and 0.9 in the first 4 models. In the Single Normal model, SDA was set to 0.3, 0.5, 0.8, 1.5 and 4 to approximate the same prevalences.
